COMMISSIONING 6.1 Domestic Transportation Our machines are specially packed in accordance with their sizes and weight criteria. Main purpose of packaging is to safely deliver the product free-of-damage to our customer. Some parts may be shipped as disassembled in line with the agreements with customer. Prior to transportation, all detailed criteria are set through a contract signed between parties.
MACHINE INSTALLATION OMRM Take necessary precautions while the machine is being taken off the vehicle. Prevent the slippage of the machine. While picking the machine, lifting procedure must be carried out without damaging its body. The machine legs that are taken off before transportation must be mounted again. Expert M.S.K.
MACHINE INSTALLATION 6.8 Installation of the Conveyor Fix the connectors to the conveyor feet and conveyor body as shown in the figure. Conveyor Body Conveyor Connectors Conveyor Feet There is a connecting plate on the side of the conveyor bodies that is close to the machine. Connect this plate to the machine with the screws located next to the machine.

MACHINE INSTALLATION OMRM 6.10 Pneumatic Connections Required air pressure for the machine to properly function is 6 bars. Check the manometer. Attach the air hose from the compressor to this inlet. Make sure that your air supply is dry! Solenoid Valve group controls the motion of current pneumatic equipment.

MACHINE INSTALLATION Pneumatic Panel Saw Valve Top Press Valve Saw Housing Valve Front Press Valve Front Press Regulator Pressure adjustment of the regulator no. 5 is done manually. The regulator setting must NEVER be changed beyond the knowledge of the authorized technical service! Contact technical service if pressure adjustment is required.
USE OF MACHINE 7.1 Turning On the Machine Check whether there are any foreign objects on the machine prior to the operation. Rotate the main switch clockwise until it slots into place. (Main switch disconnects the power from the main line completely.) Rotate the main switch clockwise until it slots into place.
USE OF MACHINE OMRM 7.3 Angle Setting Cung Table Cutt ng Table Rotat ng Arm Angle Arrow Angle Adjustment Ring The figure no. 1 shows the bolt that fixes the cutting table. This bolt must be loosened before changing the cutting angle.
USE OF MACHINE 7.5 Press Setting Front Presses Top Presses The horizontal positions of front and top presses can be changed by loosening the bolts shown in the figure above. The movement area of the presses in the horizontal axis is indicated with blue arrow. When the press is taken to the proper position, the relevant bolt is tightened and fixed.
Page 31
USE OF MACHINE OMRM For Top Presses; The position of the press cylinders can be adjusted with the ring no. 1 in the direction of red arrow and the ring no. 2 in the direction of blue arrow. After position adjustment, the rings must be tightened again and fixed.
USE OF MACHINE 7.6 Hydro-Pneumatic Piston and Saw Output Speed Adjustment Low speed and correct movement cannot be achieved due to compression of air which is a disadvantage of pneumatic systems (Flow and pressure of air received from compressor that the machine is connected plays an important role).
USE OF MACHINE OMRM 7.7 Coolant Opening / Closing In the machines used for aluminum cutting, coolant is used to cut the profile properly and to extend the life of the saw. Coolant is filled into the tank at the back of the machine. Coolant spray rate must be adjusted according to saw rotation and cutting speed.
USE OF MACHINE 7.8 Replacing Saw Take necessary occupational safety measures before replacing the saw. The main switch and the air inlet of the machine must be DEFINITELY closed! 32 Wrench 14 Wrench As is seen in the figure, the saw shaft is kept fixed with 14-wrench, the nut of the saw is turned with 32-wrench in the direction of arrow to take out the nut and saw.
USE OF MACHINE OMRM 7.9 Profile Support Settings Profile Support Upper Body Upper Body Adjustment Bolt Supporng Nut The profile supports can be take out and remounted again via supporting nuts. The upper body adjustment bolt is loosened and the upper body is made to move forward and back. Once the upper body is taken to the proper position, the upper body adjustment bolt is tightened and fixed.
MAINTENANCE OMRM 8.1 General Maintenance Before performing any maintenance on the machine, make sure that the electrical and pneumatic supply is cut off. Certain parts of the machine can be hazardous when electrical equipment is energized. The operator must not stay close to the machine during maintenance operations. All maintenance operations must be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with all safety precautions.
MAINTENANCE 8.5 Maintenance of Filters Pressure adjustment: Pull up the regulator cap indicated with "1". Rotating clockwise will increase the outlet air pressure of the conditioner, while rotating counter-clockwise will decrease the pressure. The pressure value must be within the range specified in the technical specifications. Discharging the condensation fluid: Press the small pin in the place indicated with “2”...
MAINTENANCE OMRM 8.7 Coolant Settings Coolant flow rate should be adjusted according to the cutting operation you perform on your machine as well as to the type and dimensions of the piece that is cut. You can adjust the coolant flow rate by turning the coolant valve shown in the figure.
MAINTENANCE 8.8 Belt Setting Take necessary occupational safety measures before replacing the belt. The main switch and the air inlet of the machine must be DEFINITELY closed! Belts running as connected to the motor in machines may loosen or be deformed over time. For this reason, the tension of the belts should be checked every six months and adjusted to the appropriate tension setting if necessary.
