Is it possible to overcharge the battery? I charged the battery overnight for my gig (I've had the unit for 1 year) and when I got to the gig, it displayed 0% battery charge.

The SGPRO TR-15 manual does not mention overcharging protection or battery management features. A display of 0% charge after an overnight charge could be caused by a faulty charging cable, charger, battery degradation, improper connection, or internal charging circuit failure.

I have synched the Receiver and Transmitter to CH:22. The RF is 100% and AF varies with the signal that I send through the mike. Is this normal? Is rgw RF supposed to be 100%.

Yes, it is normal for the SGPRO TR-15 Receiver to show 100% RF (radio frequency) and varying AF (audio frequency) levels when synced to CH:22. 100% RF indicates a strong wireless connection between the transmitter and receiver. Varying AF levels reflect changes in the audio input, which is expected during normal use.
