Remove the rubber cap Remove the nozzle cover with pliers while the gun is still hot. WARNING: Always wear heat resistant gloves since both the nozzle cover and the nozzle is hot. NOTE: Put the spray gun on a piece of masking paper while repositioning the nozzle.

Carefully grab the nozzle with the pliers and firmly press the nozzle into the spray gun. NOTE: The gun MUST be hot when repositioning the nozzle. Remount the nozzle cover with the pliers. NOTE: Make sure to check that nozzle cover clearance from the nozzle base.
