NTENDED USE
The device is intended for commercial purposes and must be operated by specialists. Only use the device
for deep fat frying; any other use is prohibited. Before commissioning of the device, the areas that come
into contact with foods must be cleaned carefully.
IMPORTANT: The deep fat fryer must not be taken into operation with empty trays. If fat loafs are used
instead of oil, they must first be melted at the temperature setting "Minimum". Comply with the mini-
mum (MIN) and maximum (MAX) amounts for oil. The highest oil level indicated in the tray (MAX) must
never be exceeded.
Do not leave the device unattended in operation!
If there are any errors in the safety devices, the oil contained in the tray may over-
heat and ignite.
Danger of fire!
Slowly dip the basket with the food to be fried into the hot oil. Ensure that the arising foam does not run
over the edge of the tray. If this happens, interrupt submersion for a few seconds.
The manufacturer cannot assume any liability or warranty for any use of the device deviating from the op-
erating instructions!
Before activation of the deep fat fryer, the tray must be filled with oil to above the lowest level (MIN) but
not above the maximum level (MAX) (see figure).

Practice:
Fill the deep fryer with deep-frying grease/oil, max. 9 litre.
Turn the thermostat to the maximum temperature (position "12").
After the heating time, the device is ready for operation and can be equipped with the food to be
fried.
Please use the matching frying inserts.
Set the thermostat to the desired temperature.
For switching off after use of the deep fryer:
Turn the thermostat to the left in the position "0". The signal lamp goes out.
Let the grease cool down, then the deep fryer basin can be drained with the drain valve.
Let the deep fryer cool off and then clean the basin thoroughly.
