1. Always allow the unit to cool and disconnect the unit at the socket before cleaning. 2. Empty the wet well (BM2 only) by removing it from the bain marie body. 3. Clean the exterior and interior with warm soapy water and a cloth. Do not use abrasive materials or cleaners on any parts of the unit.
