To unlock the throttle on the Engwe EP-2 Pro:

1. Turn off the bike.
2. Hold the throttle at maximum.
3. Press and hold one or both brake levers.
4. While holding throttle and brake(s), press and hold the power button.
5. When the LCD screen turns on, release only the power button.
6. Keep holding the throttle and brake(s) for about 10 seconds.
7. Release all.

To access the settings menu (for speed unlock):

1. Hold the throttle for about 15 seconds while the bike is on.
2. Wait for the screen to change and show a new speed limit (e.g., 100 km/h).
3. Use the plus/minus buttons to exit the menu.

This enables throttle use regardless of assist mode and increases speed performance.

I would like a manual for my EP-2Pro ENGWE e-Bike. Can I get a hard copy as one didn't come with the e-bike. Where can I get one? Will the company send me one for free?

It seems I am missing the front wheel spacers. Can I see a pictuer of how the front wheel axle spacers are supposed to look?
