BANKERS LAMP

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Plugging the lamp into an electrical outlet:
To reduce the risk of electrical shock;
this lamp has a polarized plug
(one blade on the plug is
wider than the other blade).
The plug will fit into a polarized outlet
only one way. If the does not fit fully into the
outlet, reverse the plug and insert into the outlet
again. If the plug still will not fit into the outlet;
contact a qualified electrician.
Do not force the plug into the outlet.
Never use an extension cord unless the plug
can be fully inserted.
Do not alter the plug in any manner.
2. Always turn off and unplug the unit to change bulb.
Allow the bulb to cool before touching.
3. To avoid cutting or damaging the cord and wire never
place objects directly over the power supply cord.

BULB REPLACEMENT

Use: One 60 Watt Incandescent Bulb (not
included) or One 13 Watt CFL Bulb
(not included).

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

To clean, use only a soft dry cloth.
Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaners.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Lay all parts on a smooth, clean surface.
2. Screw Stem (B) onto Base (A)
and tighten.
3. Carefully pull out excess power cord
from Base (A) while assembling to
prevent the cord from twisting.
4. Screw Shade assembly (C) into Stem (B)
and tighten.
5. Carefully rotate glass shade (D) away
from the column as shown on top
illustration to achieve correct orientation.
NOTE: You may need to slightly loosen
the nut (E) and retighten during the
process.
6. Install bulb into socket.
7. Plug into outlet and use pull chain to turn
lamp off and on.
