Wireless Transmitters
Silversphere WARB hardwired RF receivers
work in conjunction with Silversphere "-W"
and "-R" series of hardwired emergency call
stations. WARBs act as a local receiver specific
to a zone – one resident apartment – and allow
for wireless emergency calls from anywhere
within a resident's apartment using any of
Silversphere's RF transmitter devices.
The "-W" station has an 8-pin modular jack
on its face to which the WARB hardwired RF
receiver connects. This receiver mounts in the
apartment somewhere out of the resident's
view. Stations designated with "-W" are made
in a variety of configurations in 1- and 3-gang
sizes. The WARB is compatible with them all.
An alternative is the WARB-SM, which
combines the WARB receiver with a surface
mount 3-gang box. The WARB-SM may only
be used with a 3-gang "-R" hardwired pull
station, which mounts inside of the box. Use
this receiver when there is no convenient place
to mount a standard WARB.
