Slide 90 degree brackets on to top, back side of Lower Equipment Box. Make ush with back of top rail. 2. Lower 40-inch verticals on to back side of Equipment Box. Make bottom of Vertical Rail ush with bottom of box.

Turn assembly upside down and place on a tabletop to install caster wheels and rear axle assembly. Bottom of Equipment Box Install 3 washers and bolts into T-Nuts that Rear Axle have been pre-installed in rails.
