Coopers Rolling Shower and Commode
chairs have the exclusive purpose of
providing a means in which a person can
have their bathing and or toileting needs
addressed. It can be used either as part
of a rehabilitation programme e.g. when
the user is recovering from an injury or
operation; and as a long term bathing
/ toileting aid, e.g. when the user has
permanent difficulty with walking and
standing in a shower and or lowering or raising themselves fully into bath
or onto a standard toilet. Coopers Rolling Shower and Commode chairs are
for indoor use only
Before using this product, please read these instructions carefully. They
contain instructions for the safe and proper use of your chair.
The chair is to be used by a single occupant solely as an aid to showering or
bathing, going to the toilet or for transfer indoors. Any other use is prohibited.
Do not use the chair outdoors.
The chair is supplied with the following parts:

  • Page 2 SHOWER WHEELCHAIR ATTENDANT PROPELLED SETTING UP SET THE SEAT FRAME AND BASE PLATE Lift the seat frame up slightly out of the base plate. Align the holes in the seat frame with the holes in the base plate and secure in place using a horseshoe clip.
  • Page 3 SHOWER WHEELCHAIR ATTENDANT PROPELLED HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT ADJUSTING THE SEAT HEIGHT The seat height can be adjusted to suit the user. As a rule the seat is at the correct height when the user is sitting on the seat and both feet touch the ground. The height must be the same on both sides.
