Please read all of these instructions carefully before using your product and keep these
instructions.
Anyone wishing to assemble the 5 shelf heavy duty rack must read and understand this
manual.
CAUTION: Any modification of the product or use other than that specified in this
manual may result in malfunction, property damage and physical injury and will void
the warranty.

THIS PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED BY AN ADULT.
Keep children and pets away during installation.
Do not use solvent-based cleaners or detergents, as this may damage the heavy
duty shelf.
Do not assemble the WERKAPRO shelf if any part is defective or missing, as this
can be dangerous. Please contact your dealer directly to have this done.
