    MANTENIMIENTO CONTROL Y TENSADO DE LA CADENA El control y tensado de la cadena debe realizarse siempre en frío. Todos los metales sufren cierta dilatación con la temperatura. Si tensamos la cadena en caliente corremos el riesgo de sobretensarla y que sufra en exceso cuando ésta esté...
  • Page 7 AFILADO DE LOS DIENTES DE LA CADENA Para afilar la cadeba necesitaremos: - Una guía. - Un calibre limitador. - Una lima plana. - Una lima redonda. 1) Frenamos la cadena para poder empezar a afilar sin que se mueva. 2) Marcamos con un lápiz o rotulador el diente por el que vamos a empezar a afilar.

    ESPADA Limpia después de cada uso la ranura de la espada. Limpia el orificio de lubricación con aceite de la cadena. Comprueba que la rueda delantera no se haya aflojado: si se afloja, deberás cambiar la espada. Comprueba si hay muescas en la espada.

Si nous tendons la chaîne lorsqu’elle est chaude, nous courons le risque de la surtendre et de la faire souffrir excessivement lorsqu’elle est froide.

  • Page 15 ÉPÉE Nettoyez la rainure de la barre après chaque utilisation. Nettoyez le trou de lubrification avec de l’huile de chaîne. Vérifiez que la roue avant ne s’est pas desserrée : si c’est le cas, le guide-chaîne doit être remplacé. Vérifiez que la barre de guidage ne présente pas d’entailles.

    MANUTENZIONE CONTROLLO E TENSIONAMENTO DELLA CATENA La catena deve essere sempre controllata e tensionata a freddo. Tutti i metalli si espandono con la temperatura. Se si tende la catena quando è calda, si corre il rischio di sovratensionarla e di farla soffrire eccessivamente quando è fredda. Ricordarsi di maneggiarlo sempre a freddo, con la macchina spenta e sempre con il cavo di alimentazione scollegato.
  • Page 21 AFFILATURA DEI DENTI DELLA CATENA Per affilare la lama è necessario: - Una guida. - Un indicatore di limite. - Un file piatto - Una lima rotonda. 1) Freniamo la catena in modo da poter iniziare l’affilatura senza che si muova. 2) Segnare con una matita o un pennarello il dente da cui iniziare l’affilatura.

    SPADA Pulire la scanalatura della barra dopo ogni utilizzo. Pulire il foro di lubrificazione con olio per catene. Controllare che la ruota anteriore non si sia allentata: se si è allentata, è necessario sostituire la barra di guida. Controllare che la barra di guida non sia intaccata.

  • Page 27 MAINTENANCE CONTROL AND TENSIONING OF THE CHAIN The chain must always be checked and tensioned when it is cold. All metals expand with temperature. If we tension the chain when it is hot, we run the risk of overtensioning it and causing it to suffer excessively when it is cold. Remember to always handle it when it is cold, with the machine switched off and always with the power cable disconnected.
  • Page 28 SHARPENING THE CHAIN TEETH To sharpen the blade we will need: - A guide. - A limiting gauge. - A flat file. - A round file. 1) We brake the chain so that we can start sharpening without it moving. 2) Mark with a pencil or felt-tip pen the tooth where we are going to start sharpening.
  • Page 29 BLADE Clean the bar groove after each use. Clean the lubrication hole with chain oil. Check that the front wheel has not loosened: if it has loosened, the guide bar must be replaced. Check the guide bar for nicks. Remove any nicks or burrs with a flat file. Check the tip of the guide bar for wear. If it is worn on one side only, turn it over.

  • Page 42 AFIAR OS DENTES DA CORRENTE Para afiar a lâmina, vamos precisar: - Um guia. - Um medidor limitador. - Um ficheiro plano. - Um ficheiro redondo. 1) Travamos a corrente para que possamos começar a afiar sem a mover. 2) Marcar com um lápis ou uma caneta de feltro o dente onde vamos começar a afiar. Esta marca servirá de guia para que não nos percamos e saibamos onde começámos a afiar.

    SWORD Limpar a ranhura da barra após cada utilização. Limpar o buraco de lubrificação com óleo de corrente. Verificar se a roda dianteira não se soltou: se se soltou, a barra-guia deve ser substituída. Verifique a barra-guia para os nicks. Remover quaisquer cortes ou rebarbas com um ficheiro plano. Verificar a ponta da barra-guia quanto ao desgaste.
