IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS This lighted mirror has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. INSTRUCTIONS The Dual 1x/5x Mirror with Variable Lighting has both 5X and 1X magnification, four light settings, and an extra outlet on the base. As a safety feature, it also has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other), which fits into a polarized outlet one way only. - Page 8 To Replace Bulbs CAUTION: TURN OFF POWER AND UNPLUG MIRROR. ALLOW TO COOL AT LEAST THREE MINUTES BEFORE REPLACING BULB. •Replacement bulbs (not included) should never exceed 20 watts. •Unscrew the two screws from the top and bottom of the rotating mirror.

To Replace Bulbs 3. Carefully replace the housing by locating and aligning the screw holes on the top and bottom halves. If the holes don’t line up, turn top half of mirror 180°. 4. Insert screw into screw holes and tighten.
