IV. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Install all parts of the machine and clean it.
! Make sure thermostat is off before press power switch.
2. Connect power including ground wire. Make sure that power requirements of the
machine do match the power source as specified on machine's data plate.
3. Have all material prepared and pulling oil into oil tank.
! Danger of fire exists if no oil or water in oil tank.
DO NOT have machine on heating condition when tank is dry.
! Mind the heat oil and don't get a burn.
4. Two ways for choose to operate this machine.
(1) Want to test machine's working condiction or manual control machine.
A. Press On/Off switch,heat indicator lights up and the machine starts to run.
B. Set heating temperature vie switch TEMP Set+(or TEMP Set-).
180℃ ~220℃ is recommended for heating temperature.
!Pre-heat oil before you fry donut.
C. Set your desired frying time vie switch Time+ (Time-).
D. Press switch Heat,Press switch Heat,heating is beginning and its indicator lights
up.When temperature is to your desired value, thermostat will be off by itself and
heating tube will stop working. Thermostat indicator is off at the same time. When
oil's temperature degree decreases, thermostat can connect power automatically and
thermostat indicator start working again. This will circulate to ensure temperature
is within the temperature range you set.
E. Pull the pre-dought into container.
F. Press switch Drop to have dought from container.Dought will be fried in oil tank.
G.Press switch Flip to turn over the dought.
(2) Have machine work automatically.
A. Press On/Off switch,it lights up and the machine starts to run.
B. Set heating temperature vie switch TEMP Set+(or TEMP Set-).
C. Set your desired frying time vie switch Time+ (Time-).
