    Inc. Initial Setup Before using the TC603 device for the first time, please perform the following procedure. 1. Install the battery. 2. Install Nano SIM cards and/or Micro SD card for secondary storage (optional) 3. Charge the battery 4. Power on the TC603.

    The TC603 is shipped with a lithium-ion battery that is not fully charged. Before using the TC603 for the first time, you must fully charge the battery. For general use, if the battery has been discharged for several days, you may need to charge it for several minutes before powering on the device.

    Scanning a Barcode Label 1. Point the TC603’s scan window at the barcode you wish to scan. 2. Press the scan button on either side of the device. You can also access the Scan App described below and tap the scan or trigger button.

    Inc. Network & Internet You can configure the TC603 for use with Wi-Fi to allow wireless connection to the Internet. Make sure the required hardware for the Wi-Fi is set up and correctly configured to enable wireless communication. Configure networks and internet as below.

    Setting Up a Wi-Fi Hotspot You can share your data connection with other devices by turning the TC603 into a Wi-Fi hotspot. 1. Swipe down from the status bar to open the quick access panel.

    6. Connect the TC603 to your computer using Bluetooth. Airplane Mode When you enable Airplane mode, all wireless functions on the TC603 are turned off, including the call function, data services, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. When you disable Airplane mode, the call function is turned back on and the previous Bluetooth and Wi-Fi settings are restored.

    Connected devices You can connect the TC603 to other devices via Bluetooth, NFC, or USB. Make sure the required hardware for the other devices is set correctly to enable connection. Connect to other devices as below.

    Inc. The TC603 has built-in NFC (near field communication) so you can share content to another NFC capable mobile device in an instant. The NFC lets you beam webpages, photos, contact information, and more by holding the TC603 and the other device back-to-back.

    If the other device has an Android Beam option, make sure it is also turned on. 2. Make sure that the NFC area of the TC603 and the other device’s NFC area are close together. Experiment by moving the devices slightly until a connection is made.
