BASIC OPERATION The Vibe-1968 has been designed to accurately recreate the classic vibe tones of the 60s and 70s. Side A and B are independent of each other. When changing channels the Vibe-1968 will ramp between all settings to give a smooth transition between sounds.

This is one of the reasons Vibe pedals all sound different. The Vibe-1968 has a ‘Bulb’ control on the front panel, this allows you to dial in an exact bulb setting, shifting the overall type of tone of the Vibe-1968.

The Vibe-1968 must be powered from an isolated 18v DC supply of 100ma or more. Before you plug the Vibe-1968 in make sure that it is 18v DC, using a power-supply that delivers 18v AC will damage the unit. Failure to use an isolated supply could cause unwanted noise, so make sure it is isolated.

You can also plug in external switches to control the speed or speed and bypass of the pedal, this allow you to store the Vibe-1968 in a pedal rack unit and control it externally, either with a pedal switcher or a passive on/off switch.

And you can set this to zero if you want an instant change. You can also adjust the global depth of the Vibe-1968.
