    2. System Requirements Router and Computer: To access the Internet, you will need to use the router that came with this ODU (or other compatible routers) through the PoE power adapter. A computer is required for configuring settings of the ODU and your router. 3.

  • Page 20 4. Plug the PoE power adapter into a wall power socket. 5. Plug one end of an Ethernet cable into the “To Radio” port of the PoE Power Adapter. 6. Install the water-proofing cap onto the other end of the Ethernet cable and then connect this end to the ODU’s Ethernet port.
  • Page 21 7. The LQI LED will be off for the first 40 seconds and then start slowly flashing red, indicating that the installation mode is initializing. The initialization procedure takes approx. 4 minutes. Place the ODU on a flat surface during the initialization procedure. Note: DO NOT move the ODU during system initialization to ensure a secure operation and an accurate site survey result.

    5. Management To See the System Status of the ODU You can check the ODU’s connection status and basic information through the router that came with the ODU. See the steps below to access the graphic user interface (GUI) of the router: Connect your computer directly to the router that connects to the ODU.
