Setup PC60

1. Clip PC60 webcam on a computer monitor or place on desktop.
2. Or mounting on stand with 1/4" screw at the bottom of PC60.
3. Plug PC60 into a USB port on your computer. Please give a few seconds to
enumerate in the operating system.
