- Page 4 Thread top strap (D) in between the trampoline safety pads and the trampoline frame. Thread the top strap (D) through the loop at the end of the strap and pull all strapping through. Thread the top strap (D) through the ratchet device and tension. Aim for a fi rm strap ten- sions but don’t over tighten.
