USER MANUAL (TERMS OF WARRANTY) Introduction User manual of the 2200x0.8 (3050x0.8) folding machine is the basic equipment of the machine. To meet the requirements of construction companies and sheet metal working plants we started to manufacture a new model of a manual folding machine with high reliability, outstanding durability and aesthetic appearance. -

4. Design The 2200x0.8 folding machine is composed of: - main frame, fixed part with a square cross section, - upper pressing beam, a moving part with a triangular cross section, - folding beam, moving part with a rectangular cross section, - base, two screwed T-shaped feet, - optionally, the machine can be equipped with a circular knife or a coiler. - Page 4 Lift the sheet pressing lever with a rotary movement until resistance is felt, the pressing beam is in the upper position. Insert the sheet part to be folded and set the position. Clamp the upper beam by pressing the lever until resistance is felt and the eccentric mechanism, the machine is equipped with, is engaged.

Transport and storage Both short- and long-distance transport can be performed only after the folding arm is fixed to protect it from rotating, by using a tie-down strap or any other effective method. In the case of longer distances the folding machine should be transported on a platform of any means of transportation.
