ASSEMBLY PREPARATION

1. Remove all packaging materials, staples and packing straps from the carton.
2. Refer to Parts List and Hardware List, and ensure parts and hardware are correct before assembly.
Contact customer service for missing parts.
3. Place all wooden parts on a clean, flat and soft surface (e.g. carpet or rug) to prevent scratch and damage to parts.

SAFETY PRECAUTION

1. KEEP ALL HARDWARE PARTS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
2. DISPOSE PLASTIC PACKAGING MATERIAL IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID ANY RISK OF SUFFOCATION TO
CHILDREN AND ANIMALS.

TIPS FOR ASSEMBLY

1. Allow ample room for assembly and assemble the product near where the product will be placed.
2. Assemble the product on a surface that does not scratch or damage the exterior gloss and finish of the furniture.
3. Identify all of the parts, hardware and quantities required for each step.
4. During assembly, do not over-tighten any fittings as this may cause damage.
5. DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS TO ASSEMBLE THIS PRODUCT.
6. Always place the product on a flat, level surface.
7. Do not sit or stand on the partially assembled product; only use the product for which it is intended.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

• Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the product. Do not use bleach or abrasive cleaning material.
• Check all the fittings periodically and re-tighten as necessary. Do not use the product if any of the parts is
damaged or broken.
• Never allow any kind of liquid to remain on your furniture. Absorption can cause wood to warp or delaminate.
• Do not place hot items (e.g. hot drinks) directly onto the wood surface.
• Do not drag and/or pull the furniture.
This product is for indoor and household use only - not for commercial use.

Lay Headboard Left Leg (3), Headboard Right Leg (4) and Footboard (5) as shown on a material that does not scratch or damage the parts and screw in Locking Pin (A) into the designated holes.
  • Page 4 STEP 2 A. Lay Headboard (1), Cross Bar (2), Side Rail (6) as shown on a material that does not scratch or damage the parts. B. Insert Wood Dowel (G) into the designated holes on (1, 2 & 6). Page 4/8...
  • Page 5 STEP 3 A. Lay Headboard (1), Cross Bar (2), Headboard Left Leg (3) and Headboard Right Leg (4), as shown on a material that does not scratch the parts. (Note the orientation of (2) - the long edge with the bolt holes in the middle has to be towards the headboard.) B.
  • Page 6 STEPS A. Insert Locking Nut (B) into designated holes on a Side Rail (6) from STEP 2 as shown. Ensure that the bolt hole on (B) is aligned to the middle bolt hole at both ends of (6). B. With assistance attach 1 piece of (6) to Headboard Right Leg. Take care to insert Locking Pin (A) on (6) through Locking Nut (B) on Headboard Right Leg and fasten with Hex Nut (C).
  • Page 7 STEP6 With assistance, fasten Metal Leg (8) to Middle Bar (7) with Screw (F) fitted with Flat Washer (H). Use Allen Key (J) to drive and tighten (F) completely. STEP 7 Use Screw (E) fitted with Flat Washer (H) to fasten Middle Bar (7) to Footboard and Cross Bar. Use Allen Key (J) to drive (E).
  • Page 8 STEPS Lay the 2 set of Slats (9) to rest on the slat support on the Side Rail. Check and ensure that the designated slate on each set are firmly fasten to the rail on the Sideboard. STEP9 Peel-off the adhesive covering on the designated slat to expose the non-slip surfaces that serve to keep the mattress in place.
