    3. Download APP and Connect Tuya Smart is available for both IOS and Android. Search the name " Tuya Smart " in APP store or scan the QR-code to download the APP. Support Android Download APP(IOS&Android) Set Up Router This device only supports 2.4GHz WiFi router, does not support 5GHz router, please set the relevant parameters of the router before WiFi configuration.

Connect Tuya Smart with Google Assistant 1) Click "+" icon in the upper left corner, then click "Set up device", then click "Works with Google". 2) Search and click "Tuya Smart" in the add devices, remove it to the room you need and finish the setting. 3) Control the doorbell by Google Assistant After setting done, you can control your Tuya Smart doorbell by giving voice commands to Google Assistant.

    9. How to Connect Doorbell with Alexa 1. Set Up Alexa Device 1) Power on the Alexa device (like Amazon Echo Show or Amazon Echo Spot etc.) and connect to same wifi network with doorbell camera. 2) Download and open the Amazon Alexa app, log in your Amazon account.

Connect Tuya Smart with Alexa 1) Click " " icon in the bottom right corner, then click "Skills & Games". 2) Search and click " Tuya Smart ", then click "Enable To Use" and finish the setting. 3. Control The Doorbell by Alexa After setting done, you can control your Tuya Smart doorbell by giving voice commands to Alexa.

    10. Product Installation Before installation, please complete the operation as per user manual and place the doorbell in the installation location to test doorbell work well or not. Note: Don’t install the doorbell on the metal door to avoid metal door shield the wifi signal.

    11. Functions Two Way Audio When the visitor push the doorbell button, you will get a call notification. You can see and hear the visitor if get through the call in your APP. Motion Detection Call notification will be sent to your phone APP when movement is detected.

    13. FAQ 12. FAQ What should I pay attention to when testing? Please read our manual carefully before testing, if any questions, please check with our factory. Most importantly, when speak with visitor in front of doorbell, pls place the phone at least 5m away from the doorbell, which won’t cause signal interference or noise.
  • Page 20 Why Can’t I receive the push message notification by phone APP? Please confirm that the APP has been running well on the phone, and relevant reminder function has been opened like message notification and authority confirmation in the phone system. Why doesn’t the device identify the SD card? Please insert the SD card before doorbell powered on.
