GETTING STARTED Before First Use Prior to using your Binoculars, please read all safety and operating instructions thoroughly. Please ensure you follow the steps below before using this product. Unpack the product but keep all packaging materials until you have made sure your new Binoculars are undamaged and in good working order.

GETTING STARTED (CONT.) 3. Thread one end of the strap (with the underside or the buckle facing upwards) through one of the brackets located on Binoculars (Fig. 4). NOTE: The end of the strap may catch when threading through the brackets. If this happens, bend the end of the strap so that the end curls slightly upwards, then try again.

GETTING STARTED (CONT.) NOTE: Take care not to “twist” the strap when connecting the other end of the strap to the Binoculars. If the strap is “twisted” undo one end of the strap, straighten the strap, and reattach following steps 3-8 above. CAUTION: Never adjust the neck strap length while the Binoculars are hanging around your neck.
INSTRUCTIONS Folding Down the Eye Cups The Binoculars feature foldable rubber eyecups on the eyepieces for people that wear glasses. Fold down the rubber edge (eyecup) of the left and right eyepieces to make it easier to view the entire image (Fig.
INSTRUCTIONS (CONT.) Interpupillary Distance Setting The distance between the eyes, called the interpupillary distance, varies from person to person. To achieve the perfect alignment of the eyepieces to your eyes, follow the steps below. Remove the 4 protective caps from both the eyepieces and the objective lenses.
INSTRUCTIONS (CONT.) Dioptre Adjustment As individual vision varies from person to person, the Binoculars have a dioptre adjustment that enables you to adjust the Binoculars to your eyesight. To adjust the dioptre setting, follow the steps below. Remove the 4 protective caps from both the eyepieces and the objective lenses.

NOTE: Keep the Binoculars as still as possible when observing the object. It is recommended to hold the Binoculars with both hands and support your elbows on a surface that is free of movement and vibrations.
