We have had the oven installed and set up, but it just is not working - the clock is on, we (three of us) have gone through the manual and just can't make the oven work. Instructions don't appear to be aligned with the oven and its function buttons.

If the Linarie Bordeaux LABO71MPX oven is not functioning properly despite being installed and set up, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check electrical power: Ensure the oven has power. Confirm that other electrical appliances are working.
2. Check the breaker: Verify if the circuit breaker is functioning correctly.
3. Check the timer: Make sure the timer has been activated or reset if needed.
4. Check the temperature controller: Ensure the temperature controller is properly set.
5. Check for fault codes: If fault code “E-3” appears during self-inspection, touch the indicated button to cancel the code and return to standby mode. Wait 10 seconds without operation to enter standby for problem analysis.
6. Check for thermostat protection: If the oven suddenly stops, check if the cooling fan is working. If it is, the thermostat may need replacement.

Always ensure the appliance is switched off before performing any checks or replacements.
