Step.03: Batteries Installation. 3. Place the adapter at the center of the H_bracket. Holes on the base and on the sleeve must 1. Place the pre-assembled batteries in the oping of the H_bracket shown as Pic-009 and align. Insert 4pcs hexagon bolts M10 * 30 and M10 flat washers, then 4pcs M10 nuts to the bolt behind the bracket, tighten with a spanner M10 from outside. -

M3X8 4pcs At this point, the assembly of PBC module is complete. Notice: do not connect the battery output wire to the Plug_T branch, until connect the load wire to the LED. Step.04 Install the PBC module to the pole ************************************************************************************ 1. - Page 8 3. Put the adapter sleeve into the lamp post, let the top of the lamp post support the entire PBC module, adjust its position and direction. After confirming the direction, tighten the 6 solarpanel pcs M8 fixing bolts around the sleeve. Notice: when tighten the 6 bolts, the force needs to be coordinated to prevent the axis of the adapter and the lamp post axis from shifting too much and the lamp post from deforming too much.

When appropriate, tighten the bolt with an M16 allen wrench. Notice: The gear must be fully engaged to secure the entire U se you r h an d component after the panel angle is right.

Connect the Plug_T branch to Controller. 3. Connect the two waterproof plug on the batteries to the Plug_T branch. Power connection is done, also the whole installation.
