- Page 2 GENERAL POWER TOOL SAFETY, USE AND CARE Work area safety Visibility is key -- keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite accidents. Proper protective gear (safety goggles/glasses, etc.) is required when using this tool. Do not operate in the presence of flammable liquids, gasses, or dust. The operation of power tools creates sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes, creating a potentially explosive atmosphere.

OPERATION BATTERY CHARGER The lithium-ion battery can be charged at any time and will not develop a “memory” when charged after only a partial discharge. It is not necessary to run down the battery pack charge before recharging. Remove the battery pack from the tool when convenient for you and your job. - Page 10 FUNCTIONS ATTACHING THE APPLICATION TOOL CAUTION: For all work or when changing application tools, disconnect the battery pack from power tool and always wear protective gloves. The sharp edges of the application tools will cause personal injury. Application tools can be very hot while working.
