Assembly Instructions The Voyager® Compact comes in two carry cases. One bag contains the Voyager® Compact poles including: 6x Female round horizontal poles (4x bottom vertical poles and 2x horizontal poles) 4x Male round horizontal poles 4x Top verticals with straps 4x Corner pieces - 2 with brackets that pair up as shown (Please note that the 4 corner pieces colours may vary from picture shown)
Step 1 - Assembling the base Unroll the Voyager® Compact fabric roughly where you want to put the Voyager® Compact in the room, checking that the door is facing out into the room. Give yourself plenty of space to work round it. Pull out the side pole pockets along the sides of the fabric and undo the velcro aps at each end.

Slide the connected poles into the side pockets along each side of the fabric at the base, leaving equal amounts of pole sticking out at each end. Take the corner pieces and position them together in pairs at each end of the Voyager® Compact fabric.

Slot all the corner pieces onto the ends of the long horizontal poles till they ‘clunk’ into position. Lift the corner pieces up in the middle and slot the shorter piece under and into the bracket of the other. Push down gently til at and repeat at the other end. Fasten up the Velcro aps around the joined-up end bars. ...

Step 2 - Assembling the upright poles Take the 4x bottom vertical poles and push them into the vertical corner slots. Slot the 4x poles with straps into the upright poles with the straps facing inwards, towards the centre of the Voyager® Compact. Make sure the silver camlock buckles are at the top of the poles. ...

Making sure there are no twists on the strap, clip together the trigger hook and the D ring on the corner of the Voyager® Compact fabric so they are securely hooked together. Repeat on all 4 corner. Pull down on the straps about halfway - to pull the Voyager Compact but not fully at this stage.

Step 3 - Fitting the mattress Undo the oor zip and place the de ated mattress into the pocket. Un-clip the hose from around the pump and screw it into the pump (hole marked ‘out’). Put the nozzle onto the other end of the hose, put the nozzle into the mattress and pump up.

Pull down fully on the 4 pole straps so that the camlock buckles meet the bottom ‘D’ ring on the poles. This will pull the Voyager Compact® Fabric up to the top and pull the poles in so that the whole structure is now within the boundaries of the base frame.
Step 5 - Final safety checks Make sure the Voyager Compact is at least 30cm away from any walls or hard surfaces. Test this by pushing the walls from the inside and making sure you cannot touch any walls, furniture or any hard objects. Step 6 - Using the Voyager®...

Use & Care Guide Welcome to your Voyager Compact! We hope that you will gain many years use of our product. This guide tells you how to look after your Voyager Compact and make sure that it is used in the way it is intended. Please read it carefully and keep it for future reference.
Safe Distance A minimum 30cm clear area around the Voyager Compact must be maintained at all times. Your Voyager Compact has been designed to have a gap around each wall, so that the walls ex outwards to absorb any impact and prevent contact with external hard surfaces. Please do not place or store any items in the area around the Voyager Compact e.g.
