    To extend the cover to the closed position, pull on the strap slowly toward the tailgate. The short bearings will ride up the ramp until they are on the rails.     To travel with the cover secured in the open position, simply loop the pull strap around the folded panels and tie it off. Leave some slack so the panels do not press against each other, which could damage the finish. Secure the end of the strap before driving. Secure your cargo clear of your Peragon cover.
