    IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS When using electrical appliances, basic safety precaution should always be taken: 1. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children. 2. Do not immerse in water or other liquids or use near washbasins or sinks.
