If you have purchased a stationary, trailer, flowbin, horizontal or trolley unit then the process remains the same
Components:
1.
Tank outlet ball valve
2.
Pressure adjustment valve
3.
High pressure hose
4.
Lance
5.
Tank lid
6.
Water filter
7.
Hose quick release connector
Before starting the pump assembly:
1.
Check engine oil level.
2.
Check fuel level.
3.
Check for visible leaks (oil, fuel and water)
4.
Check for basic wear and tear and replace if necessary.
5.
Ensure engine mounting tautness.
6.
Ensure no loose components on engine.
7.
Connect pressure hose (3) Male to hose connector (7) female.
8.
Connect Pressure hose (3) female to Lance (4) male.
9.
Connect nozzle to lance (quick connector)
10. Make sure unit has water in.
11. Make sure tap 1 is open.
How to fill the unit:
1.
Close outlet ball valve (1)
2.
Open tank cap (5) and fill with CLEAN water.
3.
Follow start up procedure for use.
Engine Start-up procedure:
1.
Move on/off switch (4) to the on position.
2.
Move choke (2) to on position.
3.
Ensure fuel cock (3) is open.
4.
Move throttle leaver (1) slightly open.
5.
Depress trigger on lance to release pressure.
6.
Pull recoil starter rope to start engine. Do ensure the recoil
mechanism has engaged the motor before pulling the rope.
7.
Once engine is running move choke (2) to the off position.
8.
Let engine idle until the exhaust is warm to touch, only then
can you open the throttle to desired engine speed.
9.
Once warm then use the unit as required.
10. Confirm the water is circulating.
How to use the hose:
1.
Ensure outlet ball valve (1) is open.
2.
Open tank cap (5) so not to cause a vacuum.
3.
Depress trigger on lance for pressure spray
4.
Pressure return valve (2) can be adjusted + and – for increased or reduced pressure. Ensure not to unscrew completely.
5.
When not spraying, pump will automatically revert to circulation mode
6.
After use, switch off and clean filter.
