Assembling the Base Cabinet Step 1 – Locate Item #2, 3, 4, and 5. Lay the panels on a flat surface as shown on the photo on the left. Step 2 – With a ratchet strap dry fit the panels together to ensure all corners are tight and free from interference. Note the cabinet is assembled with the bottom of the cabinet facing up Step 3 – Dry fit Item #6 (Support Strut) in the dado joints as shown in the photo on the left Step 4 ‐‐ Apply Titebond #2 to all corners and support struts. Secure with ratchet strap. Remove excess glue from corners both internal and external. Use a Ratchet Strap to secure the panels together. Optional ‐‐ use two or more ratchet straps to create tighter corners.

Step 5 – Immediately install Item 1 (Bottom Panel) in the orientation shown in the photo to the left after gluing the side panels. This ensures perfect 90° corners while the glue dries. Optional – You can glue in the bottom panel or use the screws provided. Step 6 – Rotate the cabinet 180° so it is facing up. Glue and insert Item 6 (Support Strut) at the rear of the cabinet. The strut should be below the top of the side panel. Wipe away excess glue. Step 7‐‐ Dry fit Item #7 (Head & Neck Mount Panel) with the recessed cut facing the front of the cabinet as shown. Glue the panel to the cabinet and wipe away excess glue. Step 8 ‐‐ Locate Item #8 (Right Side Playfield Lift Bracket) noting the hole cut in this piece. Glue this piece into it’s corresponding channel on the plunger side of the cabinet panel. Wipe away excess glue.

Step 9 – Glue in Item #11 (Prop Rod Holder) ensuring this piece has a hole drilled through it. It will be placed on the right cabinet panel below the Right Side Playfield Lift Bracket. Step 10 ‐‐ Glue in Item #9 (Left Side Playfield Lift Bracket.) It will attach to the corresponding channel on the left cabinet panel. Step 11 – Item #10 (Left & Right Playfield Support) will be game dependent to allow the playfield to be supported in the left and right cabinet panels. Optional, use screws to mount the supports to allow movement if you should decide to change themes later.

Step 12 ‐‐ Allow the cabinet glue to dry 24 to 48 hours before removing the ratchet strap(s). Optional – Lightly sand the entire cabinet once dry to remove any remaining excess glue. Step 13 – Glue in Item #12 (Front Leg Bolt Support) in the corners closest to the front door. Ensure that the leg bolts will easily fit from the front of the cabinet through these blocks. Wipe away excess glue. Step 14 – Glue in Item #13 (Rear Leg Bolt Support) in the corners closest to the back box. Ensure that the leg bolts will easily fit from the front of the cabinet through these blocks. Wipe away excess glue.

Assembling the Back Box Step 1 ‐‐ Locate Items 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, & Lay the panels on a flat surface as shown on the photo on the left. Step 2 – Dry fit the two side panels, cabinet top, and cabinet bottom to ensure panels are tight and free from interference. Remove top and bottom panels noting the alignment of the side panels. Apply Titebond glue and reassemble Items #17 & #18 (Side Panels). Wipe away excess glue. Step 3 – Apply glue to Item #16 (Bottom Panel) and assemble. Wipe away excess glue.

Step 4 – Apply glue to Item #19 (Top Panel) and assemble. Wipe away excess glue. Use a Ratchet Strap to secure the panels together making sure the strap is oriented at least 2” from the front of the cabinet. Step 5 – Using the Back Box Trim screws pre‐ install the screws in the left side panel with 1/16” protruding as shown in the photo. Step 6 – Take Item #20 (Left Side Trim) and secure the screws to the panel. Step 7 – Using the Back Box Trim screws pre‐ install the screws in the right side panel with 1/16” protruding as shown in the photo. Secure Item #21 (Right Side Trim) by tightening the three screws.

Step 8 – Using the Back Box Trim screws pre‐ install the screws in the top side panel with 1/16” protruding as shown in the photo. Step 9 – Take Item #22 (Top Trim) and secure the screws to the panel. Step 10 – Take Item #24 (Insert Panel Support) and glue into the back box so it is flush with the left side of the cabinet and flush with the front of the main left cabinet side panel as shown in the photo to the left. This gap needs to accommodate the backglass and lift rail Step 11 – Glue Item #25 (Lower Backglass Support) to the bottom back box panel as shown in the photo on the left. It is STRONGLY recommended you use either smalls nails or countersunk screws to fasten this panel as the entire weight of the backglass will rest upon it. ...

Step 12 – Wipe away excess glue and Allow the back box glue to dry 24 to 48 hours before removing the ratchet strap. Optional – Lightly sand the entire back box once dry to remove any remaining excess glue.

Assembling the Neck Step 1 – Locate Items #27, #28, #29, #30 Lay the panels on a flat surface as shown on the photo on the left. Step 2 – Ensure Item #29 (Rear Support) is facing up allowing the power cord to lay in this notch once assembled. Using Titebond #2 glue the four supports together and wipe away excess glue. Allow the glue to dry 24 to 48 hours before removing the ratchet strap(s). Step 3 – Place the Neck assembly onto Item #7 of the base cabinet and glue the neck assembly to the base cabinet ensuring neck is flush with the back of the cabinet and properly centered. It is STRONGLY recommended you use either small nails or countersunk screws to fasten this panel as the entire weight of the back box will rest upon it. Optional – Lightly sand the entire cabinet once dry to remove any remaining excess glue.
