CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
• Turn off pump before cleaning.
• Wipe cuffs with a dry or damp cloth, do not wash
• Avoid using harsh chemicals to clean boots
• Keep in a clean and dry place.
• Protect the equipment from direct sunlight or heat.
• When storing the pump after use, be careful to
pull the hose plug off from the pump by pressing
clips at the double sides of the hose plug to avoid
breaking the plug (figure 2).
• Avoid removing the hoses on the boots all the
time. When you are traveling with your boots, you
could disassemble to optimize the space in the
bag, but it is not necessary. Avoid tearing the
hoses when you disassemble by holding the pins
to pull up (figure 3).
WARNINGS
• Do not unzip the cuffs when the unit is on.
• Unplug the cuffs from the pump before unzipping to allow air to be released.
• Make sure the pump is on a flat surface and remains dry.
• When using the machine, do not move with the cuffs.
• Please consult your physician before use. This product is not intended to diag-
nose, treat, or cure any illness/disease.
• Contraindications include (but not limited to): deep vein thrombosis (DVT),
Pulmonary embolism (blood clot) or edema, inflammatory skin diseases (eg.
cellulitis, erysipelas) , arrhythmia, , deep thrombo phlebitis, pulmonary edema,
acute venous thrombosis, unstable hypertension, ischemic vascular disease,
patients with a pacemaker.
