Cleaning and servicing
Some mousepads have incompatible characteristics depositing a large amount
of waste on the mouse feet, compromising sliding and performance. We
recommend tested and approved 4Gaming mousepads.
Before cleaning the mouse, follow these steps:
• Disconnect it from the computer
• Disconnect it by pulling on the end next to the USB port
• Use a soft cloth moistened with water. Do not use aggressive liquid or
aerosol cleaning products
Warranty
4Gaming offers a warranty on this product if purchased directly from the brand or
through an authorized reseller. This 4Gaming product is covered by a legal
warranty of two (2) years*, from the official date of purchase, against
manufacturing defects or lack of conformity. *(two (2) years for Portugal and EU;
one (1) year for countries outside the EU). To consult the Terms and Conditions

contact Technical Support.
Conformity
This 4Gaming product fulfills the requirements and other provisions of Directive
2014/30 / EU. 4Gaming is not responsible for any loss of information or data
regarding the use of the equipment or its improper use. 4Gaming is not
responsible for any problems related to the malfunction of the operating system

RMA
The buyer should contact technical support before sending the product for repair.
For RMA requests, the buyer must send the damaged or defective product to
4Gaming together with proof of purchase. All the requests must be described in
detail so that 4Gaming can assess the damage or defect and assign an RMA
