New portal log in Your new RapidCut 2.0 has an all new customer portal for location management. To access your new portal go to: RapidCut2.moutfitters.com Once the portal has loaded enter your Email and Password. Your RapidCut portal password is emailed to the account email prior to the delivery of the RapidCut system. -

Packing a Return You will re-use the materials from your replacement machine to pack your return. Items you will need are: - Shipping Box -Cardboard wall protectors - Molded foam - Plastic sheet - Foam cube - Bubble Wrap - Cardboard cutting head and roller protector Turn o cutting machine unplug the usb and power cables from the cutter Push the yellow lever down, to the lower position Slide the white cutting head to the far right of the machine... - Page 12 Wrap the machine in the plastic SHEET , fold and tape the ends Place the 2 molded foam ends on machine, NOTE the yellow lever must be in the DOWN position in order to fit the cutout in foam Gently place the machine in the box with the top of the machine facing up Place the 4 cardboard wall protectors on top of the foam.
