2. Safety Transportation and installation The apparatus shall be transported perpendicularly. Four people are required for the elevation / transportation of the apparatus.
3. Apparatus 3.1 Constitution and Parts of the Apparatus The slide stainer mainly consists of the staining system whose parts include loading station, water washing station, reagent station, oven station and unloading station; mechanical arm transport system, main control system, human-computer interaction system, fluid pathway system, power supply module, and main body cover.
Page 11
Unloading station Markers of staining cabin stations Fig.3 DP260 R9-R12 stations provide reagent heating functions, and the material of reagent tank is SUS304. DP261 disables the heating function of R9-R12 station and changes the oven station into reagent station. Therefore, the serial number of the station is R9-R13.
3.2 Apparatus Models The apparatus is divided into three types according to the functional modules and configuration of stations in the staining cabins: DP260, DP261 and DP260s. Featuring the most complete configuration, DP260 has 1 loading station, 4 water washing stations, 17 reagent stations (including 4 reagent stations with heating functions), 1 oven station, and 3 unloading stations.
4. Installation 4.1 Site Requirements • The experimental workbench is solid and completely horizontal, with smooth and flat surface. Its minimum width is 1m and minimum height is 0.8m. • The farthest distance from the corresponding water inlet / outlet on the apparatus back to the faucet is 2.5m and to the waste pipe is 2m.
4. Installation 4.3 Connection of Water Inlet Pipe • Take out water inlet pipe module (1), tee adapter (2), sealing pad (3) and filter screen sealing pad (4) from the accessory foam boxes. ...
4. Installation 4.4 Connection of Wastewater Discharge Pipeline • Pass the pipe clamp (10) through the drain pipe (12) and install it to the connector of water outlet pipe (refer to Fig.
4. Installation 4.7 Transport After the apparatus is properly installed, perform the following steps to adjust the position based on actual needs: •...
5. Use 5.1 Starting the Apparatus Be careful! The apparatus must be connected to grounded main electrical outlet. As an additional electrical protective measure, it is suggested that the power line of the slide stainer be inserted into the wall socket with effective protection of disconnection in case of circuit failure.
