  • Page 5 How to Join Your T-Slot Tubing Take your Tubes and join them together using the 2 Flat Joiners. Put the bolt into the hole and slightly install the nut. Then Slide into Tubing. You want to do this with all 4 nuts and bolts for both sides of the Tubing.
  • Page 6 How to Assembale the Sides. Slide corner brackets on to vertical posts. Make sure the corners are flush with ends.
  • Page 7 Make sure there is a Knoch on top corners. Then slide horizontal post on and tighten. Make sure all posts are butted up against each other. Make sure bottom horizontal post bracket is 6.5 inches in from the end. How to Install the Velcro on Side Walls Once both side walls are built Apply Velcro to the inside of the Aluminum Tubing.
  • Page 8 How to Install the Frame Lift the sidewalls and connect with one of the E Tubes on the Floor. It would be best if someone can help you. Do this for both side walls as Shown in the Picture below. Install the Corner Bracket as shown Bottom Left Corner.

  • Page 10 INSTALL MIDDLE SUPPORT (OPTIONAL) Take A-F 60" 1.5 X 1.5 AND 49.5 1.5 X 1.5 WITH SPLICER ON OPPOSITE SIDES Attached 2 corner brackets on end on opposite sides. Attach 47" section to top with corner bracket. 47" sections sit on top of vertical sections. Slide 2 L brackets on opposite sides to vertical section.

  • Page 13 How to Install the Top of the Impact Screen ATTACHING SCREEN. The screen has grommets on top and sides. There are side panels sewn into the screen, as well as a bottom pad. (Make sure screen side panels faces the front of enclosure.
  • Page 14 How to Install the Sides of the Impact Screen Install the short slide-in post at top and bottom. Also install a short slide-in post on bottom side. Then install the slide-in post with pulley between the grommets on the screen. Center between them. Install washer, pulley, washer, then nut. If the space is near a splicer, install short drop-in post on side.
  • Page 15 Make sure the screen is pulled tight on sides and there are no waves between grommets.
  • Page 16 How to Install the Side and Top Panels There is a left and right panel. They attach with Velcro. Make sure the vertical Velcro on inside of panel is near screen. Start at the top. The back side attaches to the sticky Velcro on the post.
  • Page 17 The top has a sewn -in pad that hangs down in front of screen (approx. 4") Install the back inside top to the Velcro on the inside bottom part of top frame near screen. When you get done, make sure it is pulled tight. Take the side flaps and pull over the sides on top of the side panels.
  • Page 18 NOTE ON STICKY VELCRO If your cage is in an environment where there might be drastic temperature changes, the Velcro on the top can start to come loose. Especially due to the weight of the pad. If this happens, apply a small spot of super glue or gorilla glue every 12"...
