PEAKALLY 3 IN 1 KNIFE SHARPENER
USER MANUAL
For Knife Daily Maintained:
1.Place the Peakally knife sharpener on a stable surface
2.Put the cut-resistant glove,Hold the knife with your dominant hand
3.Slot 1 Ceramic -Diamond Rod for preparation: to repair and straighten damaged
blades before actually sharpening them. Pull back several times.(one direction only)
4.Slot 2 Coarse-Tungsten steel blade for sharpening: To coarsely sharpen and restore
the V-Shape cutting edge, pull back several times(one direction only)
5.Slot 3 Fine- For fine tuning: To finely sharpen, polish and eliminate burrs on the
blade, pull back several times(one direction only)
● After use, clean sharpener. Do NOT wash the sharpener in the dishwasher.
For Metal Blades
1.Place the Peakally scissors and knife sharpener on a stable surface.
2.Hold the knife with your dominant hand
3.Slot 1-Ceramic, Preparation. To repair and sharpening damaged blades before
actually sharpening them, pull back several times(one direction only).
4.Slot 2-Coarse, Sharpening. To coarsely sharpen and restore the V-shape cutting edge,
pull back several times(one direction only).
5.Slot 3-Fine, Fine tuning. To finely sharpen, polish and eliminate burrs on the blade,
pull back several time(one direction only).
● After use, clean the sharpener. Don't wash the sharpener in the dishwasher
