  • Page 5 1) Assemble (Z12) feet on (A) leg bracket Repeat this step for both (A) leg brackets. Position (A) leg brackets vertically for easier assembly on the next step.
  • Page 6 2) Assemble (C) upper cross bar on (A) leg bracket with (Z7). Assemble (B) lower cross bar on (A) leg bracket with (Z6), (Z9) and (Z11), using the the Hex Keys (Z16) and (Z17).
  • Page 7 3) Assemble (Z13) guide mounting racks on (E) middle desk plate with (Z2) using a Phillips-Head screwdriver.
  • Page 8 4) Disassemble double-folded rail (Z15) by extending the rail, lifting the latch and seperating the two sections of the rail.
  • Page 9 5) Assemble the outer rail on (Z13) guide mounting rack with (Z2), (Z8) and (Z10) using a Phillips-head screwdriver and an adjustable spanner to hold (Z10) in place.
  • Page 10 6) Assemble the inner rail on (F) movable tray plate with (Z1) and (Z3).
  • Page 11 Insert (Z1) into the holes as shown. Positon the inner rail. Insert and tighten (Z13) using a Phillips-head screw driver holding (Z1) in place with a flat- head screwdriver.
  • Page 12 7) Assemble inner rail on (F) movable tray plate witb (Z1 and (Z3), using the Hex-Key (Z16)
  • Page 13 8) Assemble (Z14) cartridge mounting stripe on (C) upper cross bar with (Z5 and (Z11). Assemble (D) top desk plate on (A) leg bracket with (Z6).
  • Page 14 9) Fix G Lower Plate on B lower cross bar with (Z5). 10) Fix (E) middle desk plate on (A) leg bracket with (Z6).
  • Page 15 11) Assemble (F) movable tray plate into (Z15) outer rail. Then your assembly of the Troilus Studio Workstation is complete.
