- Page 2 Charging the device 1. Remove the charging adaptor cover at the bottom of the unit (see figure 1) 2. Plug the included adaptor into the unit and secure the cover (see figure 2) 3. Fix the adaptor jack firmly into the charging base (see figure 3) 4. Plug the adaptor into a wall plug and place the device on the charging stand (see figure 4) 5. The charging indicator on the product will flash blue when it is charging and will turn to a sold blue light when it is fully charged. Select the preferred interchangeable head and screw the attachment (clockwise) securely into the head of the massage gun. Note: The cold gel attachment needs to be placed in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours before use 2. Press and hold the on button on the shaft of the device for 3 seconds to power up the product. Once on, the red and blue indicator lights will turn on and the massage gun will start at the lowest level ‘LO’. 3. The product is ready for use – simply apply the desired pressure to the desired part of the body as needed. We recommend always starting at the lowest pressure and increasing the intensity or pressure as required. 4. To increase the intensity setting, simply press the power button to increase from ‘LO’ level to the ‘MID’ level and press again to turn up to ‘HI’ level (the highest of the 3 levels). 5. 5. To turn off the product, simply press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until product stops.
