5/64" drill bit
Wood clamps (you can never have too many of these)
Sanding block and/or electric finishing sander
Speaker or hook-up wire (12-14 gauge)

Suggested tools and consumables:

Rag or paper towels

Please use the following instructions for the best possible results.
  • Page 2 Package contents: First, empty the contents of the package, inspect the parts to ensure everything has been included, and is in good condition. Before gluing anything, do a dry fit of the included parts to familiarize yourself with the components and their assembly. This will also give you a chance to ensure that all pieces have been cut properly.
  • Page 3 Enclosure Assembly: Note: Due to the size of this enclosure, any minor warping of the panels could result in difficult fitment of the final panel. Therefore, we recommend that you assemble the majority of this enclosure in one sitting while the glue is still wet. Please complete the majority of the enclosure (steps 3 thru 9) before clamping or allowing any glue to dry completely.
  • Page 4 Next, apply glue to all mating surfaces of the side/port shelf assembly and the front baffle (F). Assemble as pictured below. Apply enough pressure to ensure glue is spread through each joint (some glue squeeze-out can be expected). Apply glue to all mating surfaces of the side/baffle assembly and the top panel (A).
  • Page 5 Apply glue to all mating surfaces of the side/top assembly and the back panel (C). Assemble as pictured below. Apply enough pressure to ensure glue is spread through each joint (some glue squeeze-out can be expected). Set the bottom panel (D) on a flat surface. Apply glue to the dado on the bottom panel and one side of the port brace (I) and assemble as shown.
  • Page 6 Apply glue to all mating surfaces of the side/back/port shelf assembly and the bottom/port brace assembly. Assemble as pictured below. Apply enough pressure to ensure glue is spread through each joint (some glue squeeze-out can be expected). Now, apply glue to all mating surfaces of the enclosure assembly and remaining side panel.

Finally, apply a bead of glue to the dadoes in the top and port shelf panels. Insert the cover brackets (H) as shown and apply enough pressure to ensure glue is spread through each joint (some glue squeeze-out can be expected).
  • Page 8 Finally, screw the front cover in place with the supplied screws. Your enclosure is now ready for its first gig!
