Hello. I would like to keep the backlighting on 100% of the time on all keys. On the web, I found that pressing the FN+Right Arrow should put me into "Mode", where I can select the always on option.
When I press FN+Spacebar to ender the keyboard's settings mode, I do not see anything happening on my screen. How do I know if I'm in settings mode?
When I press FN+Right Arrow, I see nothing happening on my screen. No options are visible. The keyboard itself presently has backlighting for individual keys flashing in a random pattern and order.
I'm switching from the standard Apple bluetooth keyboard to your keyboard. In the Keyboard system preference, "Modifier Keys" are the default from Apple. "Change Keyboard Type" does not recognize the keyboard.
Please walk me through this. The random backlit keys flashing has become very annoying.
Thank you,
Laurence Rosenberg
