If a malfunction or defect occurs during the free-repair warranty period stipulated above, submit a repair request to the store from which the device was purchased by bringing and
presenting the device and this document thereto.
 This document will not be valid if a prescribed field is left blank or if no receipt or statement proving the date of purchase and name of the store from which the device was purchased
is presented.
 Retain this document carefully as it will not be reissued.
<Provisions governing free repairs>
1. The device will be repaired free of charge by the store from which it was purchased
if it malfunctions or fails under normal usage conditions in compliance with the
User's Manual, labels attached to the device, and other advisory statements and
instructions.
2. If the device malfunctions or fails during the warranty period and you wish to have it
repaired for free, submit a repair request to the store from which you purchased the
device by presenting the device along with this warranty card.
3. If you will be moving, please contact and consult with the store from which you
purchased the device in advance.
4. If the device was a gift and you are thus unable to submit a repair request to the
store from which the device was purchased as stated in this document, please
contact the Customer Helpdesk.
5. Repairs will incur a charge in the following cases even prior to the expiration of the
warranty period:
(a) The device malfunctions, fails, or becomes damaged due to improper use or
an improper attempt to repair or modify the device.
(b) The device malfunctions or fails as a result of falling down or being dropped
after purchase.
* This document promises free repair under the specified period and conditions. Therefore, this warranty does not limit your legal rights. If you have any questions
about repairs after the warranty period has expired, please contact the local distributor where you purchased the product.
* A charge will be incurred by the customer for any repair due to wear and tear or replacement of any consumable parts.
• Retention period of performance parts for repairs
We will retain performance parts required for repair of this product for at least three years after manufacturing has ceased.
Performance parts are the parts required to maintain the product.
• Handling of personal information

• Purpose of use
Your personal information will be used to allow us to return to you the repaired items submitted to us for repair. Records may be retained to allow us to respond
to inquiries and engage in subsequent safety inspection activities. These records will not be provided to a third party unless justifiable grounds exist to compel
such a course of action.

or other natural disaster, pollution, or abnormal voltage.
(d) The device malfunctions or fails due to an abnormality affecting another
device (other than the main body) to which the device is connected.
(e) The battery, a consumable part, accessory, or another component needs
to be replaced.
(f) The device malfunctions or fails due to its use for a non-general
household purpose (for example, for an extended period of time in a
commercial context).
(g) The device malfunctions or fails in cases where it has been mounted on a
vehicle or marine vessel.
(h) The device malfunctions or fails as a result of being shipped, moved, or
dropped after purchase.
(i) No warranty card is presented.
(j) The date of purchase or name of the store from which the device was
purchased is not entered or stamped on the warranty card, or the
wording on the warranty card has been altered.
6. This warranty is only valid in Japan.
