Warranty Policy
- Vanspace products are covered with a 90 day warranty starting from the time you receive the item.
- We strive to offer the highest quality products, and we also try our best to satisfy each and every
customer that orders from us with replacement parts or service as needed.
- For any items that are out of the warranty period you may also still receive replacement parts by
purchasing them with our company if they are available.
Return Policy
- All returns have to be pre-approved by Vanspace customer service within 30 days of receiving the item.
- All other returns will not be refunded without authorization to return the items.
- If the item has not arrived damaged nor defective the buyer is held responsible for all return shipping
costs.
- All items must be re-packaged in the original box it was received in.
- We are not held responsible for any packages returned to us that are not originally shipped by us.
