    A, B, C, and K fires. When the X-TREME ® device is deployed at the scene of a fire, the X-TINGUISH releases a cloud of aerosol containing the potassium components, interrupting the chain reaction in the flame.

    The New R-Pin was added to secure the Igniter pin in-place. Deploying the X-Tinguish® X-TREME  Evaluate the scene and decide the safest place to deploy the X-Tinguish® X-TREME that is nearest the seat of the fire.  When the decision to deploy the X-TREME has been made and you are in position, firmly grasp the R- Pin and pull it straight out of the unit.

    Throw the X-TINGUISHcX-TREMEat or near the base of the fire, taking care to keep the device away from persons in the area, if possible. After deploying the X-Tinguish ® X-TREME, make sure all efforts are maintained to ensure a closed fire room to contain the aerosol. DO NOT VENTILATE AT THIS POINT.

GLOBAL WARMING IMPACT T he X-Tinguish® X-TREME does not pose any global warming threats. It measures zero on both the Ozone Depletion Potential and Global Warming Potential scales.

    FIRST AID PROCEDURES The components in the aerosol are non-toxic and are stable under normal conditions. It is not known to be a carcinogen. Exposure to the aerosol may cause slight side effects that should be attended to immediately. EYE CONTACT Exposure to the aerosol may cause slight eye irritation.

    X-TINGUISH® X-TREME AEROSOL PRODUCTS ARE TO BE OPERATED ONLY BY TRAINED PERSONNEL. The manufacturer of the X-TINGUISH ® X-TREME provides a two year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Limitations of Coverage: Manufacturer’s original warranty assumes use, installation, and mainte-nance in accordance with the Product’s documentation.
