DOLLY PAYLOAD FRAME MUST BE IN FULLY RETRACTED POSITION IN ORDER TO START HANDLE FOLD DOWN PROCEDURE Step down on front Foot Lever #2 and lower Rear Handle until it locks into its’ closed position.
