- Page 2 Place nuts under the solar panel frame in line with the hole in the frame. Insert the bolts through the post and the frame. While holding the nuts in place tighten the bolts down into the nuts until your post is held snug against the frame of the panel.

Affix the remaining part of the solar panel post to a fence line, gate post or some other type of structure capable of supporting the panel. The solar panel must be positioned in an area that receives full sun all day without any shadows.
