    DAILY EQUIPMENT CHECKLIST • Visually inspect all parts of the torch equipment for any signs of damage and/or wear. If you see any excessive abrasion or wear on the hose, or the hose has been cut/torn anywhere, you will need to replace it before you use the torch.

    Lighting the Torch: • Close all the valves. • Open the cylinder valve slowly. • Open the torch adjusting valve with a 1/8 turn or until gas is heard when the safety trigger is pressed down. • Ignite the torch by using an igniter such as a flint striker (not included).

    CARE AND MAINTENANCE • Clean the torch surfaces with soap or detergent/water solutions. Do not use petroleum-based cleaners to clean any components of the torch or the torch body. • Remove any debris and obstruction from the torch. The torch must be kept clear and free from combustible materials, gasoline, and other flammable vapors and liquids.
