Operation Instruction 1. Select the proper size vacuum pouch. Allow a minimum of 1” to 2” of extra headspace at the top of the pouch to ensure quality, air-tight seal 2. Let the machine plug into a safety grounding socket, turn the Power Switch to ON step and the machine displays CLO. - Page 17 Maintenance In order to prolong the service life of machine, avoid any quality failure and meet the best packing performance, maintenance is a must to the machine. If the machine is used frequently (working more than 4hours per day), then it is suggested being implemented with a professional maintenance every six months.

使用说明 1. 选择合适尺寸的真空袋，放入所需真空包装的物品，为确保高质量紧密牢固的热封效果，请 确保在袋子的顶端留有1”或是2”的额外空间。 2. 将机器连接带有安全接地的插座，打开机器侧面的电源开关扭至ON档，控制面板上的数码 管窗口显示“CLO”。 3. 打开真空盖，数码管显示为“ON”，机器进入工作准备模式，将真空袋放入到真空腔内， 打开热封压条前端的夹子，让真空袋的开口端穿过夹子，并确保袋子开口端跨过发热棒,然后放 下夹子确保真空袋被固定好。 4. 通过设置按键，和时间调节按键设置各工作进程的工作时间。抽真空的时间设置范围为： 5-90s; 充气的时间设置范围为：0-10s；热封的时间设置范围为：0-6s; 冷却的时间设置范围 为：0-10s.设置完毕后，需再按一次设置键，返回到“ON”工作准备模式。 （如果将对应工作进程的时间设置为0s,则代表不进行此工作进程，VP300/vp400无充气功能，请知） 5. 放下真空盖，机器开始工作，对应工作进程时，工作指示灯会亮，数码管显示对应工作进程 剩余的工作时间。 6. 工作结束后，真空盖会轻微打开，机器会发出蜂鸣声。 7. 取出真空袋，进行接下来的操作。 （真空包装只是延缓了食物变坏的进程，并不能阻止食物的变坏，真空包装后的食物仍需冷冻、 冷藏。） 8. 恢复出厂设置 机器通电，立刻并同时按“SET”和“∧”键并保持3S，当机器发出“嘀”一声，并显示“rS”， 恢复出厂设置成功。 -13-... -

保养与维护 为了延长机器使用寿命，预防故障，达到最佳的包装效果，机器的日常维护是必须的。如果机 器使用比较频繁（每天超过4个小时），那么建议每6个月进行一次专业维护，每天不超过4个 小时的话，每年进行一次完整的维护（视场所、环境和产品而定） ■ 维护前必须完全断开机器电源，将机器插头从墙装插座上取出。 ■ 如果机器没有正常运行或发出很多奇怪的噪音，请立即关闭电源并联系厂家。 ■ 切勿使用含溶剂的清洁剂对真空盖进行清洗。每个星期至少检查一次真空盖是否破裂，如果 真空盖有破裂，立即停止使用机器。 ■ 切勿对机器进行高压清洗。高压清洗会严重损坏机器的电子器件和其它零件。 ■ 切勿让水进入真空腔的抽气嘴或真空泵的排气孔，否则会给真空泵造成无法修复的损坏。 ■ 非专业人士不可进行大型维护工作。 ■ 机器移动或运输时必须保持直立水平状态，倾斜机器可能会损坏真空泵。 ■ 机器每天最多工作时间不可超过8个小时。如果未经协商，用户擅自延长工作时间 而导致机器故障或损坏，我司将不承担相关责任。 ■ 如果用户未按此手册说明对机器进行维护从而导致机器故障或损坏，我司将不承担责任。 真空盖 ■ 切勿将机器置于热源附近，以免损坏真空盖。 ■ 切勿将热、尖锐或重物放在真空盖上，否则可能导致真空盖损坏。 ■ 请使用无溶剂清洁剂来清洁真空盖，因为溶剂会损坏真空盖。 ■ 每个星期至少检查一次真空盖是否有破裂，如果发现真空盖已破裂，机器必须立即停止使用， 在真空盖更换之前都不能被使用。继续使用可能会导致真空盖内爆。如果因使用破裂真空盖而 导致的事故或损坏，我司不承担任何责任。 ■ 为安全起见，按标准维护周期每3年应更换一次真空盖。 -14-... - Page 35 保养与维护 真空泵 真空泵的日常维护对于延长使用寿命和确保正确操作是非常重要的，如果机器经常使用，建议 每年对真空泵至少进行一次全面检查，如有疑问或建议，请与我司联系。 ■ 新交付使用的机器不含真空泵油，如果机器第一次使用，必须先加油。 ■ 检查真空泵油的颜色。 真空泵油应该是光亮的、清晰的，不能有泡沫或浑浊，有静止沉淀后有不能消失的白色物质说 明油中含有外来物质，必须更换含有外来物质或变黑的真空泵油。 ■ 真空泵油的使用寿命。 真空泵油的使用寿命取决于其工作环境，抽取干净、干燥的气体，一般每隔50工作小时或每隔 6个月必须更换一次真空泵油。 ■ 每个星期至少查看一次油位和油量，可以通过油位镜进行观察，油位低于油位镜的1/2时需 要加油。 热封压条 每星期必须检查一次热封压条，一旦热封压条变得不平整或破裂，须立即进行更换。 ■ 热封压条是卡在真空盖上的凹槽内的，可以直接取出来。 ■ 将旧的热封压条从真空盖的凹槽内取出，移走。 ■ 将新的热封压条安装到凹槽内，用手指按压使其全部嵌入。 ■ 安装完毕后，检查热封压条是否平整，热封压条也不能有张紧。 密封圈 密封圈的作用是让真空腔在工作时保持密封状态，这对机器能否达到真空度很重要。由于压力 不同，密封圈会磨损，必须定期进行更换。 密封圈每个星期至少检查一次，看是否有磨损或损坏。 ■ 密封圈是卡在真空盖上的凹槽内的，可以直接取出来。 ■ 新密封圈的长度请根据旧的密封圈条进行测量，太长或太短会造成盖子不能合上或泄露问题。 ■ 将新的密封圈放入到真空盖的凹槽内。 ■ 密封圈应平整的放置，没有张紧现象，切除末端必须笔直，放入时紧凑，避免泄露。 -15-...
