Brief introduction Ⅰ. The bad dynamic balancing of the wheels may cause excess vibration of the wheels and the steering wheel. And also it will enlarge the joint part gap of the steering system and cause damage to the shock absorber and it steering system.
2.2 electrical part : (1)Microcomputer system consisting of Newly designed ARM micro-programming, LED and keyboard (2)Velocity measurement and positioning system consists of photocoupler and fluted disc Power supplied and controlled by two-phase asynchronous motor (3)Horizontal and vertical pressure sensor (4)Wheel protection Balancer installation Ⅱ....
positive positioning way Reversal positioning way Main shaft-put a spring(already installed when Main shaft-wheel(put the rim installation part manufactured), suitable cone(big point inside)-put a proper cone, (spinous point inside)-quick inside)-wheel-quick fixtures fixturea CAUTION: Do not slide the wheel on the main shaft crew when mounting or unmounting and wheel to avoid scratches.
1—LED reading display, indicate readings of balancing weight to be attached on inner side of wheel. 2—Weight position LED for inner side 3—Mode indicator. Press to choose the mode 4—Weight position LED for outer side 5—Wheel size display window.Indicate the readings of outside balancing weight after being tested. 6—System unit parameter LED 7—Motor cycle LED 8—ALU1 and ALUS indicator, two operating mode are available under the mode: ALU-1(More details please...
:press to select mm or inch :press to enter the system manual : press to start sensor diagnose function :press to start sticking angle calibration function Ⅳ.Wheel balance operation 6 types of dynamic balancing and 1 type of static balancing mode are applied based on the different balancing Weight position on the rim.
1. Operation under balancing mode:DYN、ALU1、ALU2、ALU3、ALU4、ALU5、STA 1.1 Choose proper balancing mode based on different shape of the rim. Press to choose the balancing mode. 1.2 Imput A.B.D size of the wheel under all balancing mode except ALUS: Choose to input the different parameters by pressing .

ALU2 mode: the weight to be attached as below: ALUS mode: the weight to be attached as below. The outside balancing weight are placed right above the back side of the matcher. ALU4 mode: The weight to be attached as below: ALU3 mode: the weight to be attached as below.
STA (static mode). The STA is applied if the ratio between wheel diameter and width is bigger than 5:1. Only one balancing weight is enough under STA mode. The weight can be put on either outside or inner side of the wheel.
2.2 Pressing to input different parameters. Press to input the size. Input a1,d1, a2,d2 by same way. 2.3 Press to start the machine, the LED display the unbalancing weight when the wheel stops. 2.4 Rotating the wheels manually until all the inner side unbalancing position light indicator are on, add a balancing weight at top-dead center on the calibration side 1 of the wheel (the position to test the A1) Rotating the wheels until all the outer side unbalancing position light indicator are on, add a balancing weight at top-dead center on the calibration side 2(the position to test the a2)
4. Start the machine by pressing , the calibration are done when the wheel stop rotating, and the machines Display the last unbalancing weight. Ⅵ.System parameters setting Enter the system manual by pressing 1. Hide the unbalancing gram: Press to modify, the available options are 05、10、15. Press to save and go to next option.
4. Wheel cover controller: Press to adjust by press ON and OFF. Press save and exit. Ⅶ. Diagnose the equipment 1. Enter the diagnostic function by pressing . Check the optical coupler first, rotate Wheel manually to check if the change of the wheel size reading is normal, press the to the next option.

ERR CODE REASON SOLUTION optical coupler broken, power 1. if the ERR 1 happens when panel broken, motor broken the shaft is spinning, replace the opital coupler 2. If ERR 1 happens when the shaft is not spinning, maybe the power panel or the motor is broken.
