For: 17", 24", 36", 48", and 72" Magnum Rink Blasters
*For all orders: The rubber blade is attached at the factory for your convenience.
What's new? We believe in Continuous Improvement. All Rink Blasters have been upgraded
with the X bracket to improve durability where the handle meets the main blade.
Required Tools:
•
Two 7/16" wrenches or sockets to tighten the ¼-20 nuts and bolts.
protect your knuckles from contacting other bolts and nuts on the unit in case your wrenches slip!
•
If you are not sure how tight the nuts should be, use a torque wrench 0 -25 lb.-ft range approx.
Components Kit:
•
X bracket
• 1/4x20 x ¾" Bolts for X Bracket 4
•
¼-20 x 5/8" Bolts
•
1/4X20 Nylok nuts
•
¼-20 x 2" SS Hex Bolt and 1 SS nut
•
Square SS U bolt and 2 SS nuts
TORQUE SPEFCIFICATIONS for the ¼ - 20 nuts on the U-Bolt and 2" center bolt: 5 lbf-ft (24bf-in) (2.7 N-m).
This is very slight pressure! Periodically check the tightness of all fasteners.
